Kirra Point is the newest development and the most expensive. While interiors are modern, ocean‑view apartments are set well back from the beach and construction impacts are ongoing.
Apartments ending in 08 are preferable; Level 9+ is essential to clear trees. Views rarely justify the price.
Nirvana by the Sea – The Value & View Benchmark
Nirvana remains the most consistent option in Kirra when view quality, apartment size, and overall value are considered together.
Apartments ending in 04 occupy the prime corner position closest to Marine Parade, delivering the strongest ocean outlook at the same price as lesser‑positioned apartments.
